Passengers traveling between Gujarat and Uttarakhand need to note a significant change in the train schedule. The Western Railway’s Bhavnagar Division has issued an important update regarding the Bhavnagar Terminus to Haridwar Express. The train scheduled for February 5, 2026, has been rescheduled due to technical reasons. Travelers are advised to check the new timing before heading to the station.
New Departure Time and Schedule
The train number 19271 was originally scheduled to depart from Bhavnagar Terminus at 20:20 (8:20 PM). According to the new update, the train will now depart at 03:00 AM on February 6, 2026. This marks a delay of approximately 6 hours and 40 minutes from the original schedule.
The railway department has expressed regret for the inconvenience caused to the passengers. It is always better to check the live running status on official apps or websites to avoid waiting at the platform for long hours.
Train Route and General Details
The Bhavnagar Terminus – Haridwar Express connects key stations across a long route of 1,575 km. This train normally runs on Mondays and Thursdays. It provides service through 33 stations during its journey. Passengers utilize classes like 2A, 3A, and Sleeper for this travel.
While the current live tracking data usually shows this train running on its standard schedule, this specific delay is an operational change. The train takes a route diversion from Hisar to Ambala Cant Jn as per the standard map. Passengers should ensure their tickets match the new travel date if the delay pushes the journey past midnight.
