Recent updates have introduced special facilities for travelers commuting from Bhagalpur to Patna. The addition of LHB (Linke Hofmann Busch) coaches aims to enhance the comfort of passengers utilizing the intercity train services. These modern coaches are designed to provide a more enjoyable journey, catering to the needs of commuters who frequently travel between these two locations.

While there have been no changes to the current train schedules, experts indicate that the intercity trains have achieved operational speeds of up to 130 km per hour.
