Project timeline and official status
The construction work for the third tunnel and additional lines is expected to begin by the end of 2026. According to official reports, the third and fourth lines will be ready by 2028, while the entire project including the tunnel will reach completion by July 2030. Revenue and Forest departments are currently marking land ranging from 50 to 82 feet for acquisition.
