South Western Railway Announces 6 Special Train Services for Increased Demand During Dasara Festival 2024.

Special Train Operations for Dasara Festival 2024

South Western Railway has announced the operation of several special trains to accommodate the increased passenger demand during the Dasara Festival 2024. These services will include both reserved and unreserved options, providing a variety of travel choices for passengers. Key train services include the SSS Hubballi-Yesvantpur-Belagavi Express Special (Train Nos. 07305/07306), Belagavi-Mysuru-SSS Hubballi Express Special (Train Nos. 07307/07308), and multiple unreserved specials connecting Mysuru with KSR Bengaluru and Chamarajanagar.

Train Details and Schedule

The SSS Hubballi-Yesvantpur-Belagavi Express Special (Train No. 07305) will depart from SSS Hubballi on 10 October 2024 at 11:30 AM, arriving in Yesvantpur at 7:40 PM. The return service (Train No. 07306) departs Yesvantpur at 8:55 PM and reaches Belagavi at 8:15 AM the following day. The Belagavi-Mysuru-SSS Hubballi Express Special (Train Nos. 07307/07308) will operate on 11 and 12 October with similar timings and stops. Additionally, the Mysuru-KSR Bengaluru Unreserved Special (Train Nos. 06279/06280) will run from 9 to 14 October, providing late-night services for passengers.

Additional Unreserved Services

Further enhancing connectivity, the Mysuru-Chamarajanagar Unreserved Specials (Train Nos. 06281/06282 and 06283/06284) will run from 9 to 14 October, with multiple departures from Mysuru and Chamarajanagar. The KSR Bengaluru-Mysuru-KSR Bengaluru Unreserved Specials (Train Nos. 06285/06286) are scheduled for 9 to 13 October, offering convenient afternoon services. Each train will have a variety of coaches, including general second class and SLR/D coaches, catering to the diverse needs of passengers.
