Special Train Services Introduced for Navratri Pilgrims Visiting Maa Sharda in Maihar: Five Pairs of Trains Scheduled to Stop.

Special Train Services for Navratri

During the Navratri festival, devotees traveling to Maihar to visit Maa Sharda will benefit from special rail services provided by the East Central Railway. A total of five pairs of trains will have additional stops at Maihar station to accommodate the increased passenger traffic during this auspicious period.

Train Schedules and Details

According to Chief Public Relations Officer Saraswati Chandra, several trains will have designated stoppages at Maihar. The Balsad-Muzaffarpur Express will halt in the up direction from March 29 to April 5 at 15:05 pm and from March 31 to April 7 at 11:40 am. Additionally, the Dhanbad-Kolhapur Express will stop at Maihar from April 4 to 11 at 17:20 pm and from March 31 to April 7 at 22:25 pm. The Lokmanya Tilak Terminus-Raxaul Express will also have stoppages on March 31 to April 7 at 10:40 am and from March 29 to April 5 at 11:25 am.

Additional Train Stops

Further enhancing the travel options, the Poorna-Patna Express will stop at Maihar from Poorna between April 3 to 10 at 10:40 am and from Patna from April 5 to 12 at 17:15 pm. The Bandra Terminus-Patna Express is scheduled to halt at Maihar at 15:05 pm from March 31 to April 7 and again from April 2 to 9 at the same time. All trains are expected to remain at Maihar station for a duration of 5 minutes for passenger boarding and alighting.
