RPF personnel are now present in the first and last coaches of suburban trains during busy hours to prevent snatching. Special care is given to women, senior citizens, and differently-abled passengers, ensuring they receive assistance while traveling.

To further improve passenger safety, the RPF has set up quick-response teams and is conducting awareness programs at major stations. They are also working closely with local police and have enhanced mobile applications for reporting suspicious activities.

  • ₹38.03 lakh recovered as penalties.
