This article shares updates on train timings in the Dhanbad railway division.
The Dhanbad railway division is changing the arrival and departure times for many trains at its second station. Premium trains like Vande Bharat, Tejas, and Duronto will now arrive two to five minutes later than before. This means it will take a bit longer to reach stations like Katras and Gomoh from Dhanbad.
For example, the Ranchi Intercity will take three minutes longer to get to Katras, while the Aleppy Express will take six minutes longer. Specifically, the Ranchi Intercity will leave Dhanbad at 5:40 AM and reach Katras at 6:09 AM instead of 6:06 AM.
Similarly, the Dhanbad-Sasaram Intercity Express will also see changes. The train will now take 31 minutes instead of 29 minutes to reach Gomoh. The morning schedule shows it will arrive at 6:01 AM and leave at 6:03 AM, which is a bit different from the previous timings.
Additionally, trains like the Ganga-Damodar and Ganga-Satluj Express will now arrive two minutes late at stations like Tetulmari and Koderma. The same adjustments will happen for their return journeys, but Dhanbad’s departure times will stay the same.
