Indian Railways Launches Amrit Bharat Express Quiz Series Offering Prizes to Travelers Across 11 Operating Routes

Indian Railways has launched a quiz series about Amrit Bharat Express trains, offering passengers a chance to win prizes.



Indian Railways has come up with an exciting quiz series for passengers who travel by train. This initiative is specifically about the Amrit Bharat Express trains. It not only helps people learn more about these trains but also gives them a chance to win attractive prizes.

The second quiz was launched on September 21 and features a fun question: “How many Amrit Bharat Express trains are currently operating in the country?” The options provided are 7, 10, 9, and 11. Participants can answer this question on the official Twitter handle of Indian Railways.


Two lucky winners will be selected each day through a lucky draw. These winners will receive gifts sponsored by IRCTC. The first quiz saw hundreds of people participating and many winners walked away with prizes. Interested travelers can join in by responding with their answers on the railway’s Twitter page.

As of now, there are 11 Amrit Bharat Express trains running across the country. These trains are known for offering affordable fares while ensuring a fast and comfortable journey. The Amrit Bharat Express was launched in January 2024 as a budget-friendly non-AC train service.


Out of the 11 trains, 10 travel through different districts in Bihar. Most of these trains start from Bihar and connect to states like Delhi, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, and Andhra Pradesh. In addition, 9 new Vande Bharat trains have also been introduced in the last five months.
