The new services will connect Rajasthan better with other northern states. The trains being introduced are the Bikaner to Delhi Cantt Vande Bharat Express, the Jodhpur to Delhi Cantt Vande Bharat Express, and the Udaipur City to Chandigarh Express.
The first train, the Bikaner to Delhi Cantt Vande Bharat Express, will start its journey from Bikaner at 2:30 PM and reach Delhi Cantt at 9:05 PM, with stops at several stations along the way. Regular services for this train will start from September 28, running six days a week.
Similarly, the Jodhpur to Delhi Cantt Vande Bharat Express will begin operations on September 27. It will leave Jodhpur at 2:30 PM and will also have multiple stops, including Jaipur. The Udaipur City to Chandigarh Express will start on September 27 and 28, connecting Udaipur and Chandigarh with various halts in between.
These new trains are set to greatly enhance travel options for passengers in the region. They will be managed by the North Western Railway zone, ensuring smooth operations and maintenance.
