Rail Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw flagged off two new trains from Badaut Railway Station on Monday at 1:30 PM. The trains were decorated with flowers and started their journey to Delhi and Shamli right after receiving the green signal.

This new service on the Delhi-Saharanpur railway line is a big gift for daily commuters. Along with the train launch, the Rail Minister and Union Minister Jayant Chaudhary also opened a Skill India Center at Chaudhary Kher Singh Divya Public School in Badaut.


Passengers from Ghaziabad, Baghpat, Muzaffarnagar, and Shamli will benefit from these new train services. The trains are expected to improve connectivity and ease travel for many people in the area.

The two trains had already arrived at Badaut Railway Station, fully adorned with flowers, waiting for the inauguration. This launch is a significant addition for daily travelers on the busy Delhi-Saharanpur route.


Passengers have expressed some key demands, such as regular and timely train services, introduction of new passenger trains, and strict action against unruly behavior on trains. They are also looking for faster services like the Vande Bharat train.
