What’s inside:

This article shares that the Ranchi railway division will not introduce new trains despite passenger requests for better services.

Ranchi railway division has decided not to add any new trains for now. This decision comes even though passengers have been asking for more train services.

Passengers wanted trains like the Ranchi-Varanasi Vande Bharat and a fast MEMU train to Nagar Untari. However, the railway officials have put these requests on hold.

Many travelers from Nagar Untari wish to come to Ranchi daily, but they face difficulties due to the lack of train services. The railway administration has acknowledged this issue but mentioned a shortage of MEMU train rakes.

South Eastern Railway clarified that some train routes fall under different railway zones, which complicates the introduction of new services. They have also communicated these points to the railway board.

For now, there is no confirmation on when or if any new trains will start running. The railway board has been informed about passenger requests but has not responded yet.

Summary:

  • Ranchi railway division won’t introduce new trains for now.

  • Passengers requested trains to Varanasi and Nagar Untari.

  • Travelers face issues due to a lack of services.

  • Railway officials cited a shortage of trains as a problem.

  • The railway board has been informed but hasn’t replied yet.
