- Passenger Facilities: A 280-meter-long foot overbridge equipped with six automatic travelators facilitates movement between the rail station and RRTS.
- Redevelopment Model: The project follows a Design, Build, Finance, Operate, and Transfer (DBFOT) framework for optimal land use.
