How did the Railway recruitment fraud happen?
The incident started approximately two years ago when Jay Prakash, a resident of Saidanpur, promised the victim a job in the Indian Railways. Saurabh, a resident of Bandhwa Kalyanpur, paid 4 lakh rupees to the accused in hopes of a Group D placement. When the job never materialized, Saurabh asked for his money back. Instead of returning the funds, the accused allegedly threatened the victim with his life.

- Verification of financial transaction records provided by the victim
- Conducting raids to locate and apprehend the accused, Jay Prakash
- Reviewing the written complaint and gathering evidence from witnesses
