On October 10, 2024, Member of Parliament (MP) Dr. Nishikant Dubey, along with MP Manoj Tiwari, flagged off the new weekly express train (Train No. 14049/14050) from Old Delhi Railway Station to Godda. This weekly express will enhance connectivity between Delhi and Godda, Jharkhand. Key railway officials, including Sukhwinder Singh (Divisional Railway Manager, Delhi), Colonel Vikram Singh Rana (Additional Divisional Railway Manager, Delhi), and senior officials from the Delhi Division, were present at the event.
Train Schedule Highlights:
- Departure from Delhi: Every Monday at 3:00 PM
- Arrival in Godda: Tuesday at 3:45 PM
- Return Journey from Godda: Every Wednesday at 10:00 AM
- Arrival in Delhi: Thursday at 9:10 AM
