Dense Fog Causes Multiple Accidents on Agra-Lucknow Expressway, Leaving Several Injured

On Monday morning, the Agra Lucknow Expressway faced zero visibility due to heavy fog, leading to multiple accidents. This is the second consecutive day of such conditions, causing concern for travelers.

Three separate incidents occurred along the expressway, with one involving a truck coming from the wrong direction crashing into a car. Fortunately, those injured were quickly sent to the hospital for treatment.


Earlier, late Sunday night, two buses collided at a diversion point, resulting in injuries to three passengers. Drivers and passengers are advised to be extra cautious while traveling in foggy conditions.

Additionally, another accident happened around 11 AM on Monday at kilometer 32, but details about the injured are not available yet. In nearby Mainpuri, visibility issues also caused a series of truck collisions on the national highway.


Train services have also been affected due to the fog, with several trains like the Bhopal Shatabdi and Vande Bharat running late. Travelers should check train timings and be prepared for delays.
