Two years ago, the first Vande Bharat train was introduced in Indore, and now its capacity has doubled with the new coaches. These extra coaches arrived in Indore last week and were added to the train on Monday morning.
Previously, the train had only eight coaches with 530 seats. Now, with the addition of eight more, it can accommodate over a thousand passengers. This will also benefit travelers going from Indore to Bhopal as the train makes a stop there, enhancing convenience for those traveling to Nagpur. The train will return to Indore later that night.
