North Eastern Railway adds five-minute festive halts for Ahmedabad-Darbhanga Puja Special

The North Eastern Railway has announced special arrangements for travellers by introducing temporary five-minute halts to manage the heavy festival rush during Dussehra, Diwali, and Chhath. Passengers planning to travel on the Ahmedabad-Darbhanga Puja Special services can benefit from these newly designated stops which aim to make journeys smoother during peak holiday season. Sumit Kumar, the Chief Public Relations Officer, officially confirmed these vital operational adjustments for the Varanasi Division.
- Train 09465 from Ahmedabad to Darbhanga will stop for five minutes at Audihar and Ghazipur City stations.
- Train 09466 from Darbhanga to Ahmedabad will also observe the same five-minute duration halts at both locations.
- These festival special arrangements are tailored specifically to accommodate the massive surge of passenger traffic during upcoming autumn and winter celebrations.
