To manage the heavy passenger surge during the upcoming festive season, Northern Railway has announced the launch of unreserved festival special trains between Aligarh Junction and Rajghat Narora. These services are specifically designed to accommodate the increased demand and alleviate congestion on regular train routes.
These special services will consist of general-class coaches, allowing commuters to travel without the need for advance reservations. This move provides much-needed flexibility for passengers traveling within the region during the holidays.
Train Schedule and Timings
The unreserved services are scheduled to operate on two specific dates: November 9, 2026, and November 24, 2026. The operational details for the two trains are as follows:
- Train No. 04187: Departs from Aligarh Junction at 05:40 AM and arrives at Rajghat Narora at 07:15 AM.
- Train No. 04188: Departs from Rajghat Narora at 08:15 AM and arrives back at Aligarh Junction at 09:55 AM.
Intermediate Station Stoppages
To facilitate local travel, the trains will provide service at several intermediate stations across Uttar Pradesh. The scheduled stoppages include:
- Manzurgarhi
- Harduaganj
- Sunamai Halt
- Godha Halt
- Atrauli Road
- Dharampur Halt
