To manage the massive surge in passenger traffic during the upcoming festive season, Indian Railways has announced the operation of two pairs of Amrit Bharat Special trains. These services will connect Udhna, near Surat, to Jaynagar near Madhubani, offering essential travel links to Bihar for the Durga Puja, Diwali, and Chhath Puja celebrations.
Unreserved Travel for Festive Commuters
In a move to accommodate the heavy festive rush, these special services will be entirely unreserved. This means passengers can travel without the need for prior seat reservations. The trains will feature a coach composition including both sleeper and general class carriages to cater to the diverse needs of travelers during the holiday period.

- Departure from Udhna: 9:50 AM on October 18 and October 25 (Sundays).
- Arrival at Jaynagar: 5:30 AM on the following Tuesdays.
Jaynagar to Udhna (Train No. 09074)
- Departure from Jaynagar: 9:00 AM on October 20 and October 27 (Tuesdays).
- Arrival at Udhna: 7:30 AM on the following Thursdays.
