The Rail Vikas Nigam Limited is involved in the doubling of the 167.74 km broad gauge line between Bareilly, Chandausi, and Aligarh. This project is divided into phases to streamline traffic and reduce delays for passengers traveling across these major hubs. Additionally, the doubling survey for the 212.3 km Sitapur-Mailani-Pilibhit-Bareilly section has also received clearance. These tracks will help in managing the heavy traffic flow and will ensure that passenger trains are not delayed for freight movement.
