Bulandshahar Alert: Teliya Ghat Railway Crossing to Close Sept 23-24

Commuters in the Bulandshahar region should prepare for significant travel disruptions as the Teliya Ghat railway crossing is scheduled for a temporary shutdown. Gate number 5/B, located near the Khurja City Station, will remain closed for essential maintenance on September 23 and 24.

Reason for Closure and Traffic Coordination

The decision to close the crossing was announced by Northern Railway Senior Section Engineer Chaman Prakash to facilitate critical track fitting and road repair work. To ensure order during this period, a formal request has been submitted to the Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) of Bulandshahar to coordinate traffic diversions and deploy extra police personnel to manage the area.
