Police Recruitment Exam: Danapur Division to operate 13 special trains on June 23 and 24
The Danapur Railway Division of East Central Railway has announced a special travel arrangement for candidates appearing in the police recruitment exam. To ensure students reach their exam centers on time and return home safely, the railways will operate a total of 13 exam special trains on June 23 and June 24, 2026.

Which routes will the special trains cover?
The railway division has planned different routes for both days to cover maximum districts. On June 23, trains will run from Patliputra to Sasaram, Patna Junction to Bhabua Road and Bettiah, Patliputra to Patna (for Purnia), Danapur to Ara (for Araria), and Patna Junction to Siwan.
What is the schedule for June 24?
For the second day, return and connecting services are scheduled. Trains will operate from Bakhtiyarpur to Rajgir, Kiul to Gaya, Rajgir to Bakhtiyarpur, Nawada to Jhajha (for Jamui), Buxar to Danapur, Jhajha to Patna Junction (for Jamui), and Gaya to Kiul.
Important guidelines for candidates
Railway officials stated that these trains will provide great relief to thousands of candidates traveling from various districts. However, the administration has issued a warning based on previous exams held on June 14 and 17, where railway property was damaged. The Danapur DCM Abhinav Siddharth and CPRO Saraswati Chandra mentioned that if such vandalism continues, the railways may reconsider running special trains in the future.
