Indian Railways has announced significant Delhi train cancellations involving 38 mail and express services to ensure passenger safety and manage anticipated traffic chaos. These 38 trains, scheduled to arrive at New Delhi and Hazrat Nizamuddin railway stations between 4:00 AM and 2:00 PM on October 10, 2026, have been cancelled due to expected severe road congestion in the capital.

The cancellations specifically impact services that departed from their originating stations after 2:00 PM on October 9, 2026. While services at other Delhi-based railway stations remain unaffected, the Ministry of Railways implemented these precautionary measures following concerns over a planned protest by the Cockroach Janata Party (CJP).
