Festive Travel Boost: 4 Special Trains to Stop at Deoria Sadar and Siwan
To manage the massive influx of passengers during the upcoming Durga Puja, Diwali, and Chhath Puja festivities, the North Eastern Railway has announced temporary halts for four special festival trains. These additional stoppages at Deoria Sadar and Siwan stations are designed to provide smoother travel for commuters moving between Anand Vihar Terminal, Gorakhpur, Deoria, Siwan, Jogbani, and Muzaffarpur.

Train No. 04008: Anand Vihar Terminal–Jogbani Weekly Festival Special
This service will operate every Saturday from October 10 to November 7, 2026. The temporary halts are scheduled as follows:
- Deoria Sadar: 11:25 PM to 11:30 PM
- Siwan: 12:35 AM to 12:40 AM (the following day)
