the regular service for the 19525 Hapa-Naharlagun Express is slated to commence from Hapa on September 23, 2026, with the train departing every Wednesday. For the return direction,
the 19526 Naharlagun-Hapa Express will begin regular operations from Naharlagun on September 26, 2026, and will depart every Saturday. Railway officials have confirmed that this permanent shift aims to streamline operations and provide long-term relief to regular commuters. East Central Railway CPRO Saraswati Chandra stated that the decision to regularize the service was finalized specifically to improve passenger convenience and meet travel demands. This was further reinforced by a press release from Mukesh Kumar, the Public Relations Officer for Western Railway's Ratlam Division, confirming the permanent route regularization.
The regularized express service is designed with a robust
composition of 21 coaches to accommodate heavy passenger traffic. The train includes
