South Central Railway has introduced two new AI-powered assistants, Bholu Mini and Bholu Max, to help passengers at railway stations in Telangana. These systems were launched at Malkajgiri and Kacheguda stations to provide real-time information through voice and touchscreens. Who developed these systems
The AI assistants were conceptualized, designed, and developed in-house by Dr. Anirudh Pamar, the Senior Divisional Commercial Manager of the Hyderabad division. The project was overseen by SCR General Manager Sanjay Kumar Srivastava and Hyderabad Divisional Railway Manager Santosh Kumar Verma. These systems are currently running on a trial basis to collect user feedback for further improvements.
