Details of Extended Train Services and Schedules
The Puri-Patna Weekly Special (08439) will now run every Saturday from April 11 to May 16, 2026, for a total of six trips. Its return counterpart, the Patna-Puri Weekly Special (08440), will operate every Sunday between April 12 and May 17, 2026. These extensions aim to help passengers who were facing difficulty finding confirmed tickets for the summer break.
