Indian Railways Sets Up Help Desk At Manauna Dham For Shyam Devotees

Indian Railways is taking a major step to improve travel services for devotees visiting the revered shrine of Manauna Dham located near Aonla station. The Moradabad Rail Division has announced the establishment of a dedicated railway help desk counter directly on the temple premises. This passenger-friendly initiative aims to streamline ticketing services and promote digital solutions for thousands of daily visitors. Mahesh Yadav, Senior Divisional Commercial Manager of the Moradabad Division, confirmed the rollout of this facility to assist travelers. The help desk will make accessing railway information and booking tickets much more convenient for pilgrims coming to pay their respects.
As part of the early rollout, Senior Commercial Inspector Imran Chishti from Bareilly Junction recently visited the shrine to drive adoption of the official Rail One App. During this visit, railway officials successfully assisted over 200 devotees in downloading the application, which directly resulted in the generation of approximately 100 train tickets on the spot. To ensure seamless execution, railway representatives held a formal and productive meeting with Mahant Shri Omendra Maharaj Ji of the Shri Shyam Ji Temple, who warmly consented to host the help desk counter right inside the temple complex.
