The bridge has been declared completely safe after technical tests. The Commissioner of Railway Safety (CRS) will conduct a final inspection in the first week of June 2026. Once this inspection is complete, full operations on both tracks will resume. Indian Railways also approved Rs 238 crore for safety upgrades in this section to prevent future issues.
