Jhansi Divisional Railway Manager Aniruddha Kumar conducted an intensive two-day inspection of the Jhansi-Orai rail section on September 2 and 3, 2026. This comprehensive evaluation aims to ensure operational safety and passenger comfort across vital railway routes. The inspection was carried out using a specialized 'Parakh Yaan' inspection carriage to carefully evaluate the condition of critical railway assets and infrastructure. During the exercise, Kumar performed a detailed assessment of the rail tracks, overhead equipment, signaling systems, and level crossing gates to guarantee absolute operational integrity.
In addition to technical infrastructure, the DRM personally visited the Electronic Interlocking room, the SSE/TRD depot, station waiting rooms, and the offices of the Railway Protection Force and Government Railway Police. He also reviewed the station drainage systems and overall operational arrangements to ensure everything functions seamlessly for daily commuters.
