Impacted Trains and Route Alterations
The railway authorities have announced that five trains will face partial cancellations, while several others will have their originating or terminating stations changed. Below are the specific details for commuters:
- Jhansi-Kanpur Central (64607): From November 2 to November 4, this train will terminate at Govindpuri station instead of its usual destination.
- Farrukhabad-Kanpur Anwarganj (55348): On November 2 and 3, this service will operate only up to Rawatpur station.
- Kanpur Anwarganj-Kasganj (15037): This train will also be affected, with its operations departing from and terminating at Rawatpur station.
Chauri Chaura Express Adjustments
The Chauri Chaura Express (15004/15003) will also see changes to its movement to accommodate the ongoing work at Anwarganj:
- November 3: The 15004 Chauri Chaura Express is scheduled to terminate at Kanpur Central station.
- November 4: The 15003 Chauri Chaura Express will depart from Kanpur Central.
