The total budget for land acquisition was reduced to approximately ₹20 crore as most of the land was already under government records.

With the tender finalized and land acquisition nearly complete, construction is expected to start by the end of May. North Eastern Railway SSE Abhishek confirmed that there are no longer any hurdles to begin the work.
