Katihar Festive Rush: 10 New Puja Special Train Pairs to Ease Travel!

As the festive season approaches, Indian Railways is gearing up to handle the massive surge in passenger demand. To ensure smooth travel during the upcoming Puja, Diwali, and Chhath festivals, the Katihar division has announced a comprehensive plan to operate numerous festival special trains. This initiative, which includes 10 pairs of trains originating from or passing through the Katihar division, is designed to tackle heavy congestion and help passengers secure confirmed tickets.

To cater to short-distance travelers and those moving between nearby hubs, several daily and special services have been scheduled:
