Several trains faced delays and cancellations. The Dhanbad-Patna Intercity train was canceled, while some trains were halted for around an hour at Madhupur station, including the Vande Bharat Express and others coming from places like Hyderabad and Barakar.


Planning for this protest involved stopping trains at around 100 stations across Jharkhand, Bengal, and Odisha. In the Santhal Pargana area, protests took place at 40 stations, with significant police presence to ensure safety.


The police managed to detain 20 protesters from the site after discussions. The protest lasted from 10:30 AM to 3:20 PM, causing inconvenience to many passengers and students relying on these train services.
