A migrant worker died after slipping between train and platform at Pataudi Road station

A tragic incident occurred at Pataudi Road railway station in Gurugram on Saturday evening when a 32-year-old man lost his life after slipping while getting off a train. The victim has been identified as Arvind Kumar, a native of Ayodhya in Uttar Pradesh. Arvind Kumar was working at a warehouse located in Loharu, Haryana. After traveling from Ayodhya to Delhi, he boarded a passenger train heading towards Loharu, which made a scheduled halt at Pataudi station during the evening hours.

While stepping down from the moving or newly arrived train, Arvind lost his balance and accidentally slipped into the dangerous gap between the train and the station platform. The impact of the fall was so severe that he suffered fatal injuries and died on the spot. The sudden accident caused brief chaos and panic among fellow passengers at the railway station.

Upon receiving information about the mishap, a team of Government Railway Police and local railway officials rushed to the accident site immediately.
