Mohali: Kambali Railway Bridge Road Repair Begins

The road connecting the Kambali Railway Bridge to the Amb Sahib Colony in Mohali is finally getting the much-needed upgrade it deserves. On Thursday, November 5, 2026, Mohali MLA Kulwant Singh officially inaugurated the repair work, aimed at fixing long-standing infrastructure issues that have made travel difficult for local residents, especially during the rainy season.

Enhancing Road Durability and Connectivity

The project involves the rehabilitation of a 565-meter-long stretch of road, which is 12 feet wide. To ensure the road can withstand heavy use and weather fluctuations, the construction plan includes the installation of 60 mm paver blocks. This upgrade is designed to provide a much more durable surface for the community.
