24 Special Trains: Mumbai to Ayodhya for Diwali & Chhath Puja

Central Railway has announced a major boost for festive travelers by introducing 24 weekly Mumbai Ayodhya festival special trains. These services are specifically designed to manage the massive surge in passenger demand during the upcoming Dussehra, Diwali, and Chhath Puja seasons, connecting Mumbai's Lokmanya Tilak Terminus (LTT) and Ayodhya Cantt.

Amrit Bharat Rakes to Ease Festive Rush

To ensure a comfortable and cost-effective journey, the railway will be utilizing Amrit Bharat rakes for these special runs. This initiative aims to provide reliable connectivity for pilgrims and families traveling to the holy city of Ayodhya during the peak festival period.
