On Thursday, Indigo successfully operated around 2,200 flights, indicating a near-complete restoration of the network.
In early December, Indigo had to cancel a large number of flights due to operational difficulties. This caused inconvenience to many passengers facing delays and disruptions at airports.
Albers highlighted that Indigo is now focusing on strengthening its services and analyzing the root causes of past challenges. The company has appointed an external aviation expert to investigate the issues.
