The re-employment is based on a monthly remuneration calculated by subtracting the basic pension from the last drawn salary. Why is this move being taken and what is the reaction?

The railway administration believes that bringing back experienced personnel will improve the quality and efficiency of operation and maintenance work. However, some young job seekers have expressed disappointment and are demanding new recruitment exams for fresh candidates.
