Additionally, an emergency ramp is being constructed towards the Gud Mandi side to help patients and disabled passengers reach platforms via wheelchairs.

DRM Delhi Division, Pushpesh Raman Tripathi, stated that instructions have been given to complete all works quickly to provide modern services. While the target for some works was March 2026, the current progress shows that the FOB structure and circular sheds are nearly complete. Only the shed installation on the stairs remains to be finished before the May deadline.
