The North Eastern Railway has officially announced the extension of the popular 05193/05194 Chhapra-Pathankot-Chhapra special train service, allowing passengers to travel smoothly through Gonda until November 25, 2026. This timely decision comes as a major relief for thousands of travellers looking to plan their journeys well in advance, particularly during the heavy rush of the upcoming festive season including Diwali and Chhath Puja. With North Eastern Railway CPRO Sumit Kumar confirming that the extension features eight additional trips, passengers now have guaranteed connectivity to manage seasonal travel demands seamlessly. According to the detailed schedule shared by railway authorities, train number 05193 from Chhapra to Pathankot will operate every Monday from October 5 to November 23, 2026. On the return journey, train number 05194 from Pathankot to Chhapra will run every Wednesday from October 7 to November 25, 2026. This well-planned schedule ensures that passengers get convenient days of the week for both departure and arrival.
