North Western Railway Operates Special Trains For Ramdevra Mela Until September 26

The North Western Railway is operating a series of special train services to accommodate the high volume of pilgrims traveling for the 2026 Ramdevra Mela. According to Jodhpur Divisional Railway Manager Anurag Tripathi and NWR Chief Public Relations Officer Amit Sudarshan, these services are designed to manage passenger load and ensure travel convenience for devotees. The special operations, which began on August 15, 2026, are scheduled to continue through September 26, 2026.

Several routes have been activated to serve the fair. Train 04861 from Bhagat ki Kothi to Ramdevra is scheduled for 29 trips between August 28 and September 25, departing at 9:10 AM and arriving at 1:00 PM. Additional services on this route, specifically trains 04863 and 04865, will operate from September 11 to September 25, with departure times set for 6:15 AM and 4:00 PM, respectively. Furthermore, the Jodhpur-Ramdevra special service (04867/68) has been in operation since August 15 and is slated to run until September 16, departing Jodhpur at 9:30 AM.

Route Details and Passenger Information

For connectivity between Shri Ganganagar and Pokaran, a special service (04741/42) will run from September 12 to September 26, departing Shri Ganganagar at 10:15 AM and reaching Pokaran by 7:50 PM. Trains on the Bhagat ki Kothi and Jodhpur routes will make stops at Jodhpur, Raikabagh, Mandor, Marwar Mathania, Tivri, Osian, Marwar Lohawat, and Phalodi. The Shri Ganganagar-Pokaran service will stop at Kesrisinghpur, Shri Karanpur, Gajsinghpur, Raisinghnagar, Jetsar, Suratgarh, Rajiasar, Arjansar, Mahajan, Lunkaransar, Dhirera, Lalgarh, Kolayat, Phalodi, and Ramdevra. The railway administration has confirmed that no prior reservations are required for these special Mela trains.
