Northern Railway cancels nine trains between Delhi and Palwal for station upgrades

Railway passengers travelling through the Delhi-Palwal route need to plan their journeys carefully as the Northern Railway has announced major service disruptions. Northern Railway has cancelled nine trains operating between Delhi and Palwal from September 1, 2026, through October 15, 2026, due to ongoing infrastructure redevelopment work at the Faridabad Railway Station. Commuters are advised to note the key updates regarding train cancellations, temporary stoppages, and schedule changes. Daily traffic and power blocks on platforms 2 and 3 will take place from 12:05 AM to 3:05 AM between September 2 and October 14, with adjusted timings scheduled for September 1 and October 15, as confirmed by RPF Faridabad Post in-charge Shravan Kumar.
