NWR Alert: 12 Trains to Get New Timings from Nov 4
North Western Railway announces new timings for 12 trains including Shatabdi and Express services starting November 2026. Check updated schedules here.
The North Western Railway (NWR) has announced partial adjustments to the operational timings of 12 different trains. These changes, which are being implemented due to internal operational requirements, will be rolled out in several phases throughout November 2026.
Amit Sudarshan, the Chief Public Relations Officer of the North Western Railway, confirmed that the revised schedule will begin on November 4, with subsequent adjustments following later in the month.
First Phase: Changes Effective November 4
The initial round of schedule adjustments will impact several prominent services, including:
- Train No. 14701: Shri Ganganagar-Bandra Terminus Express
- Train No. 15014: Kathgodam-Jaisalmer Express
- Train No. 12195: Agra Fort-Ajmer Express
- Train Nos. 14821 and 14822: Jodhpur-Gandhigram Express
- Train No. 12414: Jammu Tawi-Ajmer Superfast Express
- Train No. 12015: New Delhi-Dorai Shatabdi Express
Subsequent Schedule Revisions
The railway department will continue to implement the new timings in the following phases:
November 9 Updates
The Okha-Jaipur Express (Train No. 20951) will see its timing adjusted starting November 9.
November 15 Updates
The Lalgarh-Prayagraj Superfast Express (Train No. 12404) is scheduled for timing changes on November 15.
November 16 Major Adjustments
A final set of significant changes will take effect on November 16, affecting the following services:
- Train No. 12988 (Ajmer-Sealdah Express): This train will now depart from Ajmer at 12:40 PM.
- Train No. 15013 (Jaisalmer-Kathgodam Express): The rescheduled departure from Jaisalmer is set for 2:15 AM.
- Train No. 20404 (Lalgarh-Prayagraj Superfast Express): This service will also undergo schedule adjustments on this date.
To avoid any potential inconvenience, railway authorities have strongly urged all passengers to verify the updated timetables for their specific routes before commencing their journeys.
