The MP also proposed introducing a new MEMU train service connecting Garhwa Town to Ranchi via Daltonganj and Garhwa Road. Furthermore, MP Ram suggested establishing a railway production unit or a mega wagon maintenance facility, specifically recommending Garhwa Road or Japla railway stations as ideal sites to boost local employment opportunities.

Sherghati Kajri Rail Line Approval


MP Ram expressed gratitude toward Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw for approving the 107.894-kilometer Sherghati-Kajri new broad-gauge rail line. Deen Dayal Upadhyaya, and Dhanbad divisions, strictly instructing railway officials to ensure that all redevelopment projects meet high-quality standards within the prescribed timelines.
