- With these additions, the entire 2,843-kilometer Western Dedicated Freight Corridor is now fully operational from Dadri in Uttar Pradesh to the Jawaharlal Nehru Port Authority in Maharashtra.
- Prime Minister Modi also launched various other development projects in Vadodara worth over ₹35,000 crore, including new rail and highway infrastructure.
