Railway Update: Jaipur-Jodhpur Express and several trains cancelled in Jodhpur division during May
North Western Railway has issued a notification regarding train disruptions in the Jodhpur and Bikaner divisions for May 2026. Chief Public Relations Officer Amit Sudarshan mentioned that these changes are necessary for underpass construction and track doubling work. Several major routes will face temporary suspension or route changes to accommodate the construction activities. The Jaipur-Jodhpur Express and Jodhpur-Hisar services will be fully cancelled on specific dates in May. The railway administration is carrying out these works to improve future rail facilities and safety infrastructure in the region.
- Jaipur-Jodhpur Express: Fully cancelled on May 24 and 25
- Jodhpur-Hisar Express: Fully cancelled during the construction block
- Jodhpur-Bathinda Express: Will operate only between Bikaner and Bathinda
