North Western Railway Regularizes Bikaner Bandra Express and Launches Festival Specials

North Western Railway has announced major upgrades to train services in Rajasthan ahead of the Rakshabandhan festival to facilitate passenger movement and reduce travel costs. Chief Public Relations Officer Amit Sudarshan confirmed that these changes include the permanent regularization of a popular weekly service and the introduction of new festival special trains. Passengers can now look forward to more affordable travel options and improved connectivity across key routes in Rajasthan, Gujarat, and Maharashtra.
Bikaner Bandra Terminus Express Regularization
The Bikaner-Bandra Terminus Weekly Express (14711/14712), which formerly operated as a special train under numbers 04711/04712, has officially been regularized. This transition brings significantly lower fare structures for passengers travelling between Rajasthan and Mumbai.
Train 14711 departs from Bikaner every Wednesday at 1:30 PM and arrives at Bandra Terminus at 3:50 PM the following day, effective August 26, 2026. The return service, train 14712, departs Bandra Terminus every Thursday at 7:25 PM and reaches Bikaner at 11:55 PM the next day, effective August 27, 2026.
The train is equipped with 20 coaches, comprising one Second AC, two Third AC, 11 Second Sleeper, four General, and two guard cars. It features scheduled stoppages at Shri Dungargarh, Rajaldesar, Ratangarh, Churu, Fatehpur Shekhawati, Laxmangarh, Sikar, Ringas, Jaipur, Durgapura, Sawai Madhopur, Kota, Ramganj Mandi, Shamgarh, Nagda, Ratlam, Godhra, Vadodara, Bharuch, Surat, Valsad, Vapi, and Borivali.
New Ringas Rewari Express Special Services
To accommodate pilgrims visiting Khatu Shyam Ji and efficiently manage heavy festival season traffic, the railway has introduced the Ringas-Rewari Express Special (09715/09716) operating for a total of 12 trips.
Train 09715 departs Ringas at 11:55 PM and arrives in Rewari at 4:00 AM on August 22, 23, 29, 30, and September 5, 6, 7, 12, 13, 19, 20, and 22. The return service, train 09716, departs Rewari at 8:20 PM and arrives at Ringas at 11:20 PM on August 23, 24, 30, 31, and September 6, 7, 8, 13, 14, 20, 21, and 23. This special formation consists of 11 coaches, including nine General and two guard cars.
Ringas Delhi Sarai Rohilla Unreserved Special
Addressing additional festive passenger demand, an unreserved special train numbered 04416 will operate between Ringas and Delhi Sarai Rohilla on August 28 and 29. Departing Ringas at 2:00 AM, the train reaches Delhi Sarai Rohilla at 6:30 AM, with designated passenger stops at Rewari, Narnaul, and Neem Ka Thana.
