North Western Railway announces special unreserved trains between Rewari and Ringas

The North Western Railway has introduced additional unreserved special train services between Rewari and Ringas to accommodate the surge in pilgrim traffic heading to the Baba Khatu Shyam temple. These supplemental train operations are designed to provide enhanced travel convenience for devotees. Here are the key details of the new special train services:

An unreserved special train will operate on September 21 and 22, 2026, departing from Ringas at 2:55 PM and arriving in Rewari at 6:40 PM.
The rake for this service comprises 15 coaches, including 13 general category coaches and two guard's coaches.
Express Special train 09715 will depart Ringas at 11:55 PM and arrive in Rewari at 4:00 AM on September 19, 20, and 22, 2026, using an 11-coach composition of nine general class coaches and two guard coaches.
Express Special train 09716 will depart Rewari at 8:20 PM and reach Ringas at 11:20 PM on September 20, 21, and 23, 2026, with an 11-coach layout.

These temporary additions follow the recent regularization of the Rewari-Ringas rail service. Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw confirmed that this regular service now maintains a consistent schedule, departing Rewari at 11:00 AM and arriving in Ringas at 6:20 PM to support year-round pilgrim travel. Passengers are advised to check exact timings and coach compositions before boarding to ensure a comfortable journey.
