New facilities at CB Ganj and Izzatnagar

Apart from track upgrades, the railway has released funds for a new Vande Bharat maintenance depot at CB Ganj in Bareilly. This facility will include new stabling lines and is part of a plan for a mega terminal. Additionally, the budget includes provisions to enhance the Wagon Periodical Overhauling capacity at the Izzatnagar workshop.
